A Juvenile Justice Center in Australia. A home in Uganda. A school in India. An inclusive housing community in the Bay Area.
These are just a few of the diverse settings where our Adrian Cheng Fellows are seeding and leading initiatives for impact. The Cheng Fellowship, an integral part of our work at the Social Innovation and Change Initiative, serves students who are advancing progress against a specific social challenge and dedicated to creating positive social change through efforts that reach across sectors and geographic borders. We are committed to supporting the many forms social innovation can take – from grassroots activism to government intervention, social enterprises to nonprofits.
Today we are excited to announce new ways of sharing this work with you. We are launching the SICI blog, an online platform to illuminate the stories, resources, and happenings of SICI and its community through a new medium. We are kicking it off with the Fellow Spotlight series that highlights the work of the Cheng Fellows. The Spotlight series will feature individual profiles to share how these change-makers are advancing the social good from Cambridge to Cairo.
Return later this week to read our first Fellow Spotlight right here on our blog. And be sure to like our Facebook page to be the first to know about new releases.
