Join the Social Innovation + Change Initiative’s (SICI) Executive Director and Adjunct Lecturer Brittany Butler for a workshop exploring the 3P Framework: Problem, Person, Pathway. The 3Ps, co-authored with SICI’s Faculty Chair and Professor of Social Innovation, Dr. Julie Battilana, are the backbone of SICI’s curriculum and offer a practical lens for any leader charting an impact strategy. 

Grounded in real-world research on how social change happens, this workshop invites participants to examine the social or environmental problems they are drawn to and the gap between current reality and an imagined future. 

Participants will explore questions like: 

• What are the root causes of the problems I’m most drawn to? 
• What relationships, credibility, and influence do I bring? 
• How am I uniquely positioned to advance innovative solutions? 

Participants will also consider the consequences of focusing on some questions while overlooking others, leaving with actionable steps to strengthen their leadership and impact strategy.
