Public speaking is a critical skill for social changemakers to lead teams, mobilize stakeholders, and create positive social change.

We are delighted to welcome back Lily Lapenna, founder of Verve Leaders and 2023-25 SICI Visiting Social Innovator, for an interactive workshop on strengthening your executive presence and communication skills. 

Building on the foundations of last month’s workshop, Developing Your Executive Presence as a Social Innovator, this session introduces new techniques focused on the Three Vs of Communication – visual, vocal, and verbal – and how to communicate in alignment with them. Participants will learn a technique for each dimension, enabling them to communicate with greater confidence and impact – from investor pitches to critical team meetings. 

Through hands-on exercises and real-time feedback, attendees will leave with practical tools to elevate their communication and lead more effectively.
