Scholarship Application

Through a collaboration with Harvard Business School Online, we created a scholarship for changemakers on the cutting edge of social progress. We are committed to ensuring the content in this course is accessible to all. Our scholarship reduces the cost of Power and Influence for Positive Impact to $50 for up to 50 individuals per enrollment period. We hope to increase the number of scholarship seats in the future.

The application for our January 2025 cycle is now closed. Our next open enrollment opportunity will be held in late 2025.

Timeline

November 15, 2024 | 1:00 pm ET: Virtual information session – REGISTER HERE.

November 25, 2024 | 11:59 pm ET: Application closes.

November 26 – December 2, 2024: Application review period

  • NOTE: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis in the order in which they were received. Due to the high volume of applicants, we cannot respond to individual emails regarding application status.

December 3, 2024: Decision notifications.

December 11, 2024 | 8:00 pm ET: Mandatory orientation call (Option #1).

December 12, 2024 | 8:00 am ET: Mandatory orientation call (Option #2).

December 17, 2024 | 11:59 pm ET: Enrollment deadline for all SICI scholarship recipients.

January 8, 2025: Course begins.

Eligibility

Priority will be given to applicants who demonstrate: financial need, current involvement in addressing a social problem, and a compelling rationale for how this course will accelerate their capacity for advancing social change. 

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age, proficient in English, and committed to learning and engaging with fellow participants throughout the course.

Please do not apply for a scholarship seat unless you meet SICI’s eligibility criteria and have confirmed that you are able to complete the course in its entirety by reviewing the information above.

Those who miss course deadlines will not receive a certificate of completion, will lose access to course materials, and will not be eligible for future scholarships from SICI.
