Justine Soudier

In today’s complex world, I work to help leaders align what they stand for with how they operate.

Justine Soudier is a European ecosystem builder and author working at the intersection of entrepreneurship and systems change. She focuses on helping entrepreneurs design ventures that are aligned with their values, resilient in complexity, and contribute to societal and environmental progress. Trained in management and entrepreneurship at EDHEC Business School, she has spent the past decade building programs, incubators, and investment tools that support the emergence of purpose-driven and future-fit businesses.

Justine currently serves as Deputy Director of the EDHEC Entrepreneurial Center, where she helped scale an integrated platform combining three incubators, an impact-oriented venture fund, a research chair, and more than 3,000 hours of entrepreneurship education delivered annually. In this role, she led initiatives that move impact upstream—embedding social and environmental responsibility directly into early-stage venture design. This includes the Responsible Entrepreneurship by Design (RED) framework and France’s first Entrepreneurship & ESG Startup Barometer. She is also the author of La Méthode ALIGN (Albin Michel–Vuibert, 2025), which introduces the Alignment-Fit methodology to help founders go beyond product–market fit and build companies that remain accountable, values-driven, and useful over time.

As a Research Fellow at SICI, she supports program design by shaping tools and content that strengthen strategic clarity and alignment for social innovators navigating complex challenges.
