Hailey How
I leverage advanced technology and AI to promote universal care access and uphold dignity in aging.

Hailey How is a Master’s of Public Health candidate at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a second-time founder with over a decade of experience integrating AI into healthcare. She has built teams that collectively drove over $1B in revenue and is now the co-founder of CareCorgi, a human-powered, AI-elevated caregiving copilot. CareCorgi connects family caregivers of older adults with real geriatric care coordinators and dynamically personalized care plans—enabling a level of expertise typically out of reach for non-professional caregivers. By harnessing real-time data and predictive analytics, CareCorgi not only streamlines the caregiving process but also alleviates the emotional and logistical burdens family caregivers often face.
Prior to CareCorgi, Hailey co-founded Origin Healthcare, where she helped pioneer a “Hospitalist-at-Home” model that delivers acute-level care directly in patients’ homes. Under her leadership, Origin Healthcare achieved a record of zero patient safety events and earned a 97 Net Promoter Score, serving over 1,500 patients and forging partnerships with payers, ACOs, employers, and providers.
Earlier in her career, Hailey distinguished herself as the founder and Head of Business Development at Google Cloud, as well as a trusted advisor to Verily. Over her seven-year tenure, she applied AI-driven solutions to optimize business operations and earned Top Leader and Global Spotlight awards for her contributions.
As a Cheng Fellow, Hailey will continue working to reshape the healthcare landscape by ensuring high-quality, accessible care for chronically ill patients and older adults, and addressing systemic barriers to healthcare access.
