Eshan Vishwakarma
As a survivor, I use tech to close care gaps and uplift others on their cancer journey.

Eshan Vishwakarma is a Harvard College student concentrating in Economics and a proud resident of Adams House.
A childhood cancer survivor, Eshan was diagnosed with stage 3 neuroblastoma at the age of four. His personal journey through treatment and survivorship and the long-term challenges that follow inspired him to dedicate his work to transforming the way survivors, patients, and caregivers navigate life after cancer. This vision led him to found Arul Health, a digital health platform that combines guided meditations, an AI companion, and a supportive community to improve the emotional and mental well-being of those impacted by cancer.
Through Arul Health, Eshan aims to address an often-overlooked gap in survivorship and active treatment care: personalized, ongoing emotional support. The platform’s weekly emotional check-ins and tailored meditation recommendations help users manage stress, anxiety, and uncertainty, creating a bridge between medical care and holistic healing. Arul Health’s goal is to eventually support 1 million cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers worldwide.
Eshan’s work has been shaped by his experiences in health innovation spaces such as the Harvard Innovation Labs, where he continues to refine Arul Health’s tools for accessibility and scale. He is also a Roberts Family Technology Innovation Fellow, bringing both lived experience and a strategic lens to building impactful health solutions.
