Through education and financing, I am empowering women to leverage technology for impactful needs-based solutions.

Bisola Faith Alabi is a social impact leader, tech entrepreneur, and the founder of Femnest Lab, an innovation hub dedicated to empowering women through technology, female-focused innovation, and economic inclusion. She is also the founder of Heels and Tech, an EdTech platform that has trained thousands of African women in in-demand digital skills, connecting them to global job opportunities.
Drawing from personal experience , having lost both her mother and mother-in-law to ovarian cancer, Bisola is deeply committed to breaking the silence around women’s health. Through Femnest Lab, she works at the intersection of women’s health and technology, developing solutions that combine culturally relevant education, plant-based wellness approaches, and AI-powered tools to give women greater control over their health outcomes.
As a 2025 Social Innovation Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School, Bisola is designing a scalable model that integrates community education, technology-driven diagnostics, and local innovation to address critical gaps in women’s access to health and economic opportunity. Her vision is a future where every woman, regardless of location or income, can monitor, understand, and improve her well-being using accessible and practical tools.
She was admitted into the Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2025 and is set to graduate in 2026, further strengthening her expertise in education policy and program design. Bisola’s leadership is informed by over a decade of experience in technology consulting, program management, and community building, including collaborations with global organizations such as Oracle and Zoho. Her mission is clear: to ensure women are not just participants, but active leaders shaping the future of health, technology, and the digital economy.
