Leadership for Social Impact

Leadership for Social Impact is a 3.5 day on-campus executive education program developed by faculty from the Social Innovation + Change Initiative at the Harvard Kennedy School. This program is designed for purpose-driven leaders, from any sector, to help navigate the challenges of initiating and implementing changes on pressing social and environmental issues. Participants will interact with faculty from across multiple disciplines and Harvard schools, while learning alongside a thoughtfully curated, global network of social change practitioners.

Through faculty presentations, case studies, self-assessment exercises, simulations, workshops, videos, and small-group discussions, you will explore key leadership imperatives and the challenges leaders face in addressing them.

This program aims to develop participants’ abilities to:

  • Develop yourself as a purpose-driven leader
  • Lead others through change
  • Design mission driven organizations
  • Mobilize support for your cause
  • Implement transformational change

The deadline to apply is April 7, 2025.

The program is guided by SICI’s social innovation organizing framework. Read more about our approach.
