Developing Your Executive Presence as a Social Innovator by Lily Lapenna

April 14 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

For social innovators, developing your authentic voice and honing your executive presence are critical skills in communicating your experiences, skills, and values. During this 60 minute in-person experience, we will discuss tips, techniques, and hacks to become a better communicator at work. This workshop covers the verbal, vocal and visual skills it takes to be a confident, commanding, and compelling communicator. We will break out each one of these skills into tangible principles and learn through examples and exercises. Getting a taste for storytelling, participants will take part in small group activities that put their communication skills to work. You will leave the session empowered to approach meetings, presentations, and pitches with confidence.

Throughout this workshop, Lily Lapenna (Founder of MyBnk and GLEOW Group) will draw on her own experience launching and building MyBnk, the U.K.’s leading financial education provider, as well as her experience coaching hundreds of executives as CEO of GLEOW Group.
