Kwame Griffith is an Executive Coach & Strategy and Management Consultant, previous President of OneGoal, and has more than a decade of experience as a non-profit senior executive in the U.S. education sector. As Founder & Principal of Knowledge Action Growth Coaching and Consulting (KAGCC), Kwame supports talented, values-driven executives to leverage their unique superpowers to achieve the results that matter most to them through a unique blend of executive coaching, team coaching, advising and practical strategy & management consulting.
Previously, Kwame served as President of OneGoal, an organization working to create a world where all students can earn a college degree and define their future. Before OneGoal, Kwame spent 14 years in a number of executive positions at Teach For America ranging from serving as an Executive Director of the Atlanta region where he doubled the size of the teaching corps and tripled annual fundraising revenue, to serving as Executive Vice President of Regional Operations where he managed the field operations team that was responsible for $240M in revenue and 1,400 staff across 52 sites. He began his time on TFA’s staff first as a recruitment director for the Northeast and then as the National Director of Diversity Outreach but began his experience as a Teach For America Houston corps member in 2002, shortly after graduating from Cornell University. Kwame received his B.S. in Human Development from Cornell University. He is a member of the Pahara Aspen Institute, Aspen Global Leadership Network, and serves on the board of Generation US.
