Alex Ubalijoro is a Research Associate to Professor Julie Battilana. She graduated in May 2020 from Harvard University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Philosophy. She is interested in studying the many intersections between sociology, psychology, and philosophy as they relate to structures of hierarchy, power, and prejudice in organizational, personal, and political contexts.
Born in Atlanta, she lived in Amsterdam, Reunion Island, and New York before settling in Boston for the foreseeable future. She enjoys yoga and knitting, is trying to become more serious about meditation, and hopes to be able to travel in a post-COVID era. She is extremely grateful and excited to be joining the SICI team.
