This workshop will help social innovators to learn the skills of problem formulation as a tool for tackling social problems. This hands-on session will help you to clarify “What is the problem you are trying to solve?” and introduce methods for structured problem-solving. Led by Jason Jay, Faculty Affiliate of the Social Innovation and Change Initiative and Senior Lecturer in Sustainability at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Space for this workshop is limited and will be determined by application. Students should reflect thoughtfully on how these tools and frameworks will help you in advancing your work and thinking.
