Join Professor Julie Battilana, Gleitsman Professor of Social Innovation (HKS) and Professor of Business Administration (HBS), in examining the challenges facing social innovators in participating in movements for change. Participants will examine the case of Organ Jet & Guardian Wings — a social enterprise addressing the geographic inequality of organ transplant wait times in the U.S — and apply systems-level thinking to assess an environment for its readiness to change.
